Rolling cooler weather, but that is not to say give up delicious salads, good for you. These hot salads will keep feeling you happy and healthy all winter.
Always vegans don’t eat salad, but when we do, we want them to be the hearty and nutritious. These warm salads are healthy, the winter of comfort. You can serve in entry or flat generous bowlfuls upward to make the main event.
Which is a warm salad?
If you start in a warm salad, the idea may seem gross. Maybe you’re imagining a full bowl of viscous, cooked lettuce? But no! Warm salads are actually a sensation of taste and texture.
Not everything in your bowl should be hot. Maybe you start with a base of crunchy salad mesclun, mixed but garnish them beans freshly cooked, hot grilled vegetables or a warm vinaigrette. You can also start with the hot Greens, well that, as wilted kale. Or ignore the Greens completely and go with hot cereal as a base.
You get the idea: mix the ingredients with fresh, cooked vegetables mix with a good vinaigrette and you’re in business.
Warm salads for winter
